What a fun night!

Architectural Control Committee

Cinnamon Creek Estates HOA is looking for three Members to join the new
Architectural Control Committee!

What does the Architectural Control Committee do?

The Architectural Control Committee reviews plans and applications for the installation or modification of perimeter fencing and solar energy devices within the properties of the Association, in compliance with Section 202.010 of the Texas Property Code.

What does a Board Member do?
The Board Members enforce reasonable rules and regulations governing the use of common properties, as well as the use, maintenance, leasing, sale and appearance of Lots.

What are the duties of a Board Member?
The Board of Directors is responsible for the affairs of the Association.
• Plan and supervise all functions for the HOA
• Attend and participate in meetings
• Operate with integrity and objectivity, keeping the best interests of the Association in mind
• Perform assignments with professional competence

Reminders

  • When walking your dog, please keep the animal on a leash. Be prepared to pick up behind your animal.
  • Homeowners are not to plant any garden items in the front yard. They must do their vegetable gardens in the backyard. Only flowers and trees are permitted to be planted in the front yard.
