• Dues are $325.00 per year. We invoice in January and we give two month grace to pay the dues in full. Payment plans are discouraged. However, if they are necessary, they must be approved by HBPM.
• Late fees are $25.00 per month beginning in March and charged every month until paid in full.
• We charge $175.00 for a resale certificate as well as $75.00 admin fee for setting up the new Owner in our software.
• Fees for Liens are assessed by the attorney. We charge what the attorney charges.
• The same goes for any letters that we require an attorney to send on our behalf. Postage and certified mail is what the charge is from the postal system.
• The Covenants and Deeds do allow for us to file foreclosure on any Homeowner who has totally ignored all correspondence from the management company and the attorneys and is seriously past due on their dues. The fees will be exactly what the attorney charges for that action.
